For college basketball, the summer is time to get in shape, build and maintain muscle, and condition the body, so that when practice starts in October conditioning is not an issue. North Carolina's up-tempo system is built around players being is great shape. The strength and conditioning at UNC is overseen by Jonas Sahratian.
