NBA legend Vince Carter returns for annual Mainland basketball camp

In the case are trophies, jerseys, and magazine covers from Carter’s days with the Buccaneers and the North Carolina Tar Heels. Dozens of kids, ages 7 to 17, from around the area filed into Mainland’s Vince Carter Athletic Center.
