Roy Williams, UNC Offer Patrick Baldwin

On Monday, Roy Williams gave out North Carolina's first scholarship offer in the 2021 class to 247Sports' No. 5-ranked Paolo Banchero. On Wednesday, he offered the country's No. 2 player, Patrick Baldwin. Williams and his staff made their first contact with Baldwin earlier this year, but watched him in 2018 and have had multiple viewings the last month.
