When Mack Brown speaks about his approach to Coaching 2.0, he describes how much more straightforward he is in all interactions with players, coaches, fans and media. "We have very, very direct meetings," he says about his staff. But the return to coaching has done more than just make Brown more candid. It has also improved his health and conditioning.
