Even now, with his decision long since made public, Vince Carter gets cold feet at the thought of retirement. “I think this is it for me,” Carter said this week at his alma mater, Mainland High School. “Sometimes, I still can’t believe I said it. The decision is made, and it’s like when are you ever sure until you’re absolutely sure? I toy back and forth with it."
