We took a look at the top recruits landed by Roy Williams since he took over the North Carolina job in 2003-04. A number of these players represent a veritable who's who among recent UNC history. There are high draft picks, multiple All-Americans and yep, even a National Player of the Year. And Williams has re-found his recruiting touch of late as well.
