Running back Michael Carter takes aim at breakout season with Tar Heels

Michael Carter now wears Carolina blue instead of the maroon, silver and black of the Navarre Raiders. But he still has home in his heart. It means the world to him to represent Navarre and the Florida panhandle to the best of his ability. “I don’t want to be a fluke. I want to show I can do it at this level, too,” Carter said. “I don’t want to let (anyone) down."
