Scottie Barnes transferring to Montverde Academy

Scottie Barnes is on the move from one national power based in Florida to another. The 6-foot-8 small forward will transfer to Montverde Academy from University School for his senior season. Barnes is the latest high-profile player to join Kevin Boyle's program. UNC commit Day’Ron Sharpe is also headed to Montverde, as is 6-8 Czech forward David Bohm. (Zag's Blog)
