Position-Specific Training Paying Early Dividends for UNC Football

After spring practice, North Carolina football coach Mack Brown tasked Strength & Conditioning Coach Brian Hess with making players stronger and faster. Speaking with players during training camp, the main difference in the program is the implementation of more position-specific workouts, more stretching, and a focus on explosive movements.
