Georgia Tech QB Lucas Johnson receives extra season of eligibility


Georgia Tech quarterback Lucas Johnson has received a sixth season of eligibility from the NCAA after suffering a season-ending foot injury in 2018. Johnson’s eligibility will revert to sophomore, and he will be able to play for the Yellow Jackets in 2020 and 2021. Johnson appears to have the lead in the quarterback competition for the Yellow Jackets. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
