Dazz Newsome enters his junior year ready to pull dual duty as UNC's starting punt returner and slot receiver, and he’s primed for a big season. Noah Ruggles enters his third year on the roster, as a redshirt sophomore, and is the favorite to win the kicking job over App State grad transfer Michael Rubino. At punter, we’ve got true freshman Ben Kiernan.
