Whether college athletes should get paid is always a contentious issue surrounding the NCAA. One person who has never been shy about expressing his opinion on the matter is ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas. LSU recently rewarded its football team with a new and improved locker room - and we're not just talking about an ordinary locker room.
