Howell listed as top QB on first depth chart; Surratt to start at inside linebacker

As expected, true freshman Sam Howell is listed as UNC's starter for the season-opener against South Carolina with Jace Ruder serving as backup. The first depth chart of the season, released on Monday morning, confirmed several other moves that developed during training camp. In a bit of a surprise, Chazz Surratt is listed as a starter at inside linebacker. (Heels Maven)
