North Carolina is hoping the second coming of a Hall of Fame coach and a heralded freshman quarterback will reverse the football program’s fortunes in 2019. Sam Howell has earned the starting job as a true freshman and will lead UNC on Saturday in Charlotte against South Carolina. But can Brown recapture his past glory at North Carolina?
