NBA player Wayne Ellington, Pottstown native, recognized for local support
Posted Aug 30, 2019
Making it big doesn't mean leaving behind where you came from. That's why each year, Wayne Ellington, a small forward for the New York Knicks, returns to Pottstown to be part of the annual Make it Wayne basketball tournament held at the Ricketts Community Center. Ellington has given kids a space to play basketball through his donations to the community.
