Blue chipper: LB Jarrell Miller. Miller picked the Tar Heels over Florida and Tennessee.
The miss: QB Isiah Williams. Williams was one of just eight players that visited Chapel Hill and didn't commit to UNC. But 25 that came to Chapel Hill did commit.
Analysis: North Carolina signed 28 players and it looks to be a strong class. The Tar Heels signed five tight ends, the best Vince Jacobs from Charlotte.
