Second Straight Shutout Boosts No. 1 UNC Field Hockey Past William & Mary

Top-ranked North Carolina got goals from six players – including a hat trick from senior Catherine Hayden – in an 8-0 field hockey win over William & Mary Sunday at Karen Shelton Stadium (Highlights). For the second game in a row, UNC hit a season high in goals while shutting out its opponent. UNC was coming off a 6-0 win over Penn last Sunday.
