UNC Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience Explains How To Accomplish Almost Any Goal

So why don’t they?” asked Paschal Sheeran, a professor of psychology at the University of North Carolina’s College of Arts & Science. Sheeran, who first documented the gap between our intentions and behaviors in 2002, has dedicated his career to answering that question.
