Posted Sep 20, 2019
When North Carolina and Appalachian State kick off at Kenan Stadium on Saturday, it will be the first time these in-state programs have met on the football field in exactly 79 years and only the second time overall. New App head coach and former N.C. State offensive coordinator Eli Drinkwitz returns 16 starters from a team that went 11-2 in 2018.
