No. 1 UNC Field Hockey Beats App State For 30th Straight Win


The No. 1 North Carolina field hockey team earned its second road win of the season Sunday, beating host Appalachian State 4-1 at Adcock Field. The victory was the 30th in a row for the Tar Heels, adding this fall's 7-0 record to a 23-0 mark from last season to set a program record for consecutive wins. It was the second 4-1 win of the weekend for UNC. (GoHeels.com)
