Dances, dunks highlight Tar Heels’ basketball event

North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams wore a pink sports jacket and danced the electric slide Friday at the Smith Center as part of “Late Night with Roy,” the unofficial welcoming of the college basketball season. Hundreds of Tar Heels fans lined up in advance of the doors opening to take the first look at a UNC roster sprinkled with newcomers. (Burlington Times-News)
