Weekend's Second Shutout Improves No. 1 UNC Field Hockey To 9-0

Top-ranked North Carolina got four goals from sophomore Erin Matson, a hat trick from senior Catherine Hayden and singles from senior Marissa Creatore and sophomore Abby Pitcairn to earn their second shutout win of the weekend Sunday at James Madison (Highlights). In a fitting bit of synchronicity, the Tar Heels' 9-0 win bumped their record to 9-0.
