Sam Howell Named ACC Quarterback & Rookie Of The Week

UNC's Sam Howell has been named the ACC quarterback and rookie of the week after a record-setting performance Saturday in the win at Georgia Tech. Howell, a native of Indian Trail, N.C., set UNC freshman records for completions (33), attempts (51) and yards (376). His four touchdown passes tied the rookie record set by Darian Durant in 2001.
