ACC basketball waits to see who steps into star spotlight

Notre Dame basketball coach Mike Brey can’t help but feel a bit of excitement simply by what he doesn’t see around the Atlantic Coast Conference from last year. No Zion Williamson putting on a nightly one-man highlight reel. Ten players are out the door as NBA first-round draft picks. And almost no returning all-conference players in the league this season.
