Trying to limit a quarterback sporting a 5-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio midway through the season is never fun, but Virginia Tech’s defense may be catching North Carolina's Sam Howell on Saturday at a bad time. Howell, a true freshman, has had the kind of season that could at least put him in the All-ACC conversation if he can keep it up.
