Tyler Zeller waived by Denver Nuggets
Posted Oct 19, 2019
The Denver Nuggets have waived center Tyler Zeller and signed guard P.J. Dozier to a two-way contract. In limited time this preseason, Zeller averaged 2 points and 2.5 rebounds on 33% shooting. With the Nuggets’ depth at forward and Bol Bol taking up a two-way contract, Zeller was simply the odd man out and caught behind a lot of talent in the post.
