North Carolina's Wes Miller acknowledges that he's short and can't jump. He sure can shoot, though. The stocky, 5-foot-11 transfer from James Madison scored a career-best 18 points - all on 3-pointers - in his first career start to rally the Tar Heels to an 81-80 victory at Florida State on Sunday night.
