Mack Brown Names New Starting Placekicker

North Carolina football coach Mack Brown named walk-on freshmen Jonathan Kim the starting placekicker for the Tar Heels on Monday. Kim replaces sophomore Noah Ruggles, who missed two field goals in overtime of Saturday's 43-41 loss to Virginia Tech. Kim, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound native of Fredericksburg, Va., will also take over kickoff duties.
