Former North Carolina QB Cade Fortin discusses visits and plans

After entering the NCAA Transfer Portal in August, former UNC quarterback Cade Fortin started taking college classes at Hutchinson (Kan.) College. He needs just a semester of Junior College classes to graduate with his AA degree and be able to sign this December, enroll in January, and play in the fall of 2020. Fortin already has visited Vanderbilt officially.
