UNC vs. Florida State: Not just another women's soccer game

Behind a pair of second-half goals by Ru Mucherera and Brianna Pinto, the No. 3 UNC women's soccer team blanked No. 5 Florida State 2-0 at Dorrance Field. The victory broke the Seminoles' two-game winning streak against North Carolina. It also snapped a string of 14 straight games in the series that had been decided by one goal or ended in a tie.
