Goal By DuVernois Propels No. 1 UNC Field Hockey To Win Over No. 19 Old Dominion


Megan DuVernois scored the game winner on a pass from Hannah Griggs in the 41st minute and the North Carolina field hockey team held on to beat No. 19 Old Dominion 1-0 Sunday at Stadium (Highlights). Despite being held to their lowest scoring total in over a year, the No. 1 Tar Heels stayed undefeated, improving to 16-0 this fall. (GoHeels.com)
