David Noel is now a 3-point threat, ace defender, inspiring leader and -- oh, by the way -- gravity-defying dunker. And in North Carolina's 82-69 victory Saturday against No. 13 N.C. State that was much closer than the score indicated, it was only fitting that thunderous Noel dunks began and ended the home team's surge.
