UNC Field Hockey Claims Third ACC Title In A Row, 22nd In Program History

For the third year in a row, the fourth time in five years, and the 22nd time in program history, North Carolina is the ACC field hockey champion. The top-ranked Tar Heels beat second-seed Boston College 3-1 on its home field Sunday to claim the crown (Highlights). UNC's Marissa Creatore scored two goals and was named the tournament MVP.
