Hokies give Bud Foster a day he deserved and will never forget


More than two hours before Saturday’s kickoff, Virginia Tech football players and coaches spilled from team buses for the traditional Hokie Walk up Beamer Way and into the Merryman Center. There was only one man to lead the walk. Bud Foster worked the rope lines like a politician, pausing to acknowledge and/or hug folks almost every step of the way. (Daily Press)
