Posted Nov 15, 2019
No. 6 North Carolina topped Gardner-Webb, 77-61, in a somewhat sloppy, grind-it-out affair at the Smith Center on Friday night. Cole Anthony topped the 20-point threshold for the third consecutive game, leading all scorers with 28 points on 7-of-17 shooting (3-of-7 3FG). The freshman phenom knocked down 11 of 13 free throw attempts as well.
