Javonte Brown-Ferguson, a 6-foot-11 center from Canada, commits to UConn

UConn coach Dan Hurley had two recruiting goals for the early signing period: A big, athletic guard and a center. UConn got that big guard last month, and has now landed its big man. And the Huskies traveled up north to find him. Javonte Brown-Ferguson, a 6-foot-11 center from Thornlea Secondary School near Toronto, committed to UConn on Wednesday.
