REMEMBERING 2005: Sean May's hard work rewarded with title


It's said that May, now a Charlotte Bobcats rookie, needs to improve his perimeter defense and his jump shot to become a top-notch NBA power forward. Knowing his work ethic and character, I wouldn't bet against him. But even if he turns out more like than as a pro, the NCAA championship trophy the Tar Heels brought home from St. Louis stands as a permanent testament to May's dedication. (Charlotte Observer)
