UNC Routs NC State, 41-10; Earns Bowl Berth

Javonte Williams scored three of North Carolina’s four third-quarter touchdowns as the Tar Heels beat North Carolina State 41-10 on Saturday at Carter-Finley Stadium. UNC became bowl-eligible for the first time since 2016, scoring 35 consecutive points after trailing 10-6 at halftime. Freshman Sam Howell passed for three touchdowns and 401 yards.
