Five high school teams consisting of at least one UNC Football commit survived this weekend's playoffs: East Surry (Jefferson Boaz, Stephen Gosnell), Lee County (Jayden Chalmers, Desmond Evans), North Gwinnett (Josh Downs), Blessed Trinity (Elijah Green), and Charlotte Catholic (Malik McGowan). Josh Downs, surpassed 1,000 yards receiving. (Inside Carolina)
