Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney had some more complimentary words on Tuesday for the North Carolina Tar Heels and freshman quarterback Sam Howell. Swinney expects teams like North Carolina to help the ACC take a big step forward in 2020. Swinney told reporters today that teams like Carolina are why he believes the ACC is on the way up.
