Natalie Chandler Wins NCAA Elite 90 Award At Women's College Cup

UNC junior Natalie Chandler is the recipient of the Elite 90 award for the 2019 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship. Chandler, majoring in health policy and management, carries a perfect 4.0 GPA.
