Noel stepping up to lead Tar Heels

David Noel seemed content to do whatever thankless task was asked of him last year while others got the credit in North Carolina's run to the national championship. Things changed in a hurry once all those stars graduated or headed to the NBA. In a matter of days, Noel went from behind-the-scenes player to the most recognizable face left on the Tar Heel roster.
