With Bobcats guard Kareem Rush sidelined with a sprained finger, Raymond Felton has started the past three games with fellow point guard Brevin Knight. Felton had with a career-high 21 points against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday and is shooting 50 percent from the field as a starter. (Raleigh News & Observer)
