59. Mack Brown, 250-128-1 (Appalachian State, Tulane, UNC, Texas): Brown's 158 wins at Texas rank No. 2 in school history, behind Darrell Royal's 167; 82. Jim Tatum 100-35-7 (UNC, Oklahoma, Maryland) Tatum recruited Doc Blanchard to UNC in 1942; both left Chapel Hill because of the war. Tatum's second tenure at UNC was cut short by his death at age 46.
