North Carolina Basketball is no stranger to early season woes

Let’s get one thing out of the way: there is plenty to worry about with North Carolina basketball. Shots aren't falling, half the team is nursing injuries, and one of the top recruits to come to UNC in years is struggling as defenses focus on him. These are all issues that have to be figured out. Roy Williams’ UNC teams have been here before, however.
