Sam Howell Named Freshman All-American By The Athletic

ACC Rookie of the Year Sam Howell added to his awards locker Thursday when he was named the first team quarterback on The Athletic's Freshman All-America team. Howell was the first true freshman to start a season opener in UNC football history. He finished the regular season completing 234 passes for 3,347 yards and 35 TDs with only seven INTs.
