Jimmy Black, Roy Williams reflect on UNC basketball’s time at Carmichael

The flip-card scoreboard, the crazy comebacks, a few thousand fans, Dean Smith, and a list of legendary players. For 21 seasons, North Carolinas men’s basketball program piled up countless memories at Carmichael Auditorium. “It’s just a great, intimate place,” said former UNC guard Jimmy Black, captain of the 1982 national championship team.
