David Noel remembers a practice last season when Wes Miller pestered future NBA Draft lottery pick Raymond Felton into committing a bevy of miscues. "I think," Noel said recently, "Raymond got so frustrated that he turned over the ball seven times in a row." That feistiness has been an early trademark for these Tar Heels - whether it be Miller, a once-seldom-used reserve or the members of North Carolina's highly touted freshman class.
