Arkansas' top quarterback recruit will continue his career in the ACC for a national championship-winning coach. After he signed his national letter of intent with North Carolina on Wednesday, dual-threat quarterback Jacolby Criswell made it clear he chose the Tar Heels over the University of Arkansas because he felt like more of a priority for Mack Brown.
