When the dust settled, North Carolina signed 25 of its 26 football commits on Wednesday’s National Signing Day, landing a class that 247 Sports ranked 19 nationally and third in the ACC. Not only is 5-star defensive end Desmond Evans (Sanford, NC/Lee County HS) the best recruit in this class, but he’s one of the top recruits UNC has ever signed.
